Step 01
Sourcing & Vendor Selection
We maintain a robust network of factories audited by BSCI, WRAP, GRS, SEDEX, and OEKO-TEX. We match your specific order (MOQ, price, complexity) with the most capable manufacturer. We strive to serve our valued buyers by working with the qualified Bangladeshi manufacturers of the industry who offer the best prices in the competitive market.
Product development, pattern and sample approval
Fabric and accessories approval
Evaluate and introduce factories with proper setup for knit or woven or denim, or sweater products
Check production capacities and quality assurance of factories
Ensure quality & specification of approved samples are maintained in production
Check & confirm correct materials, fabric, accessories are used
Perform quality check and prepare production report at each step
Communication, follow up and keeping buyers updated regularly
Pre-shipment inspection of garments
Inspect and confirm packing process, cartoon measurement, shipping mark
Witness & confirm loading of inspected consignment
Perform special requirements of buyers (if any)
Step 02
Quality Assurance
At Questco, quality is the core. Our QC team follows strict AQL 1.5–2.5 standards. The Quality Department is independent from Merchandising and Production — their only goal is to achieve AQL quality requirement. We collaborate with SGS, Intertek, and Bureau Veritas.
Pre-Production
First lot fabric testing at in-house facilities or SGS/ITS for confirmation. Patterns created using Lectra system.
Pilot Run
Assessment of pilot production before bulk run authorization — quality ensured from first piece.
In-Line Monitoring
Quality agents / our QCA monitor production daily from pre-production sample validation through bulk.
Final Audit
Independent QC & our QC team conducts final audit. Report sent to client before shipment with production samples.
Step 03
Compliance & Social Responsibility
Our production merchandiser / networks are fully based on compliance. We ensure goods are produced in factories where workers’ rights are respected. We constantly evaluate and provide mandatory follow-up improvements as per buyer requirements.

Questco provides factory-to-store logistics. We work with world-class freight forwarders and can cooperate with any nominated forwarder. Our team monitors ex-factory goods to Chittagong Port.
